About me
Ben Sanders, Compliance Manager at Lightheart Sanders and Associates (LSA) since 2009, oversees compliance audits for Title IV schools, ensuring clients adhere to Department of Education rules and regulations. Ben earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Utah Valley University and has been working with schools since 2010, following earlier work in tax. Known as a "people person" due to his background in hospitality, Ben thrives on client interaction. He is a familiar face at NACCAS and AACS trade shows and training events, having conducted numerous classes and seminars for AACS and various third-party servicers. Ben is passionate about sharing knowledge, continuously seeking ways to improve and grow. He firmly believes in the constant expansion of one's expertise, stating, "Hard work is very important to me. Being productive and enjoying what you do will make work fun, enjoyable, and rewarding. Don’t ever stop. We live in a world that is constantly changing and evolving. People are the heart and soul of this business. That is what I love. They are why I do what I do."
